It is relatively simple to monitor barcode quality at least the decodability aspect of barcode quality using OLV (online verifier). This product is a little complex and expensive to setup but it does a good job of alerting users to the level of quality being produced. Additionally this unit can be configured to output data to produce a log of your production quality. AIS can perform integration services to take best advantages of OLV.
