Support
AIS provides direct support on all of the products
we supply. AIS will not only support the original equipment manufacturer
warranty but will support any value added services that AIS has performed
including hardware installation assistance. Typically systems include
such support for the first 90 days after which preventative maintenance
contracts can be acquired. The services performed under preventative
maintenance contracts include periodic cleaning, testing, and adjusting
required for some of the more mechanical elements, as well as periodic
updates for software components. Service can also be provided on an
as-needed basis.
AIS has a 1-800 number which may be used by our customers
to contact us for telephone support as well. As our clients know,
many of the issues they incur can be resolved with a quick phone call.

The AIS web site has been equipped with assistance and answers for
repetitive questions. As an AIS customer you will be provided with
links to those resources. This would include drivers, manuals, instructions,
etc.
